Ultra Boy is a member and former leader of The Legion Of Super-Heroes. Having most of Superboy’s powers, but using them one at a time only. His Penetra Vision can see thru lead. (unlike X-Ray vision.) His invulnerability Has shown to be more adaptable than either that of Superboy or Mon-El.
