Thomas Shepherd is the son of the Scarlet Witch and Vision. He was located using the fail-safe program devised by the Vision to locate potential recruits for the next generation of Avengers. He inherited his uncle’s power of super speed, eye and hair color. Tommy united with his twin brother, Billy Kaplan a.k.a. Wiccan, and joined the Young Avengers under the codename Speed.
