She served as the Queen of Naboo, and after her reign, became a senator and an anti-war spokesperson in the Galactic Senate. She was secretly married to the Jedi Anakin Skywalker, was the biological mother of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa and grandmother of Ben Solo.
