Cecil Stedman is a major character in Invincible, serving as a major character in Season 1 and he will return in some capacity in Season 2. He is a government agent in charge of the Global Defense Agency. After the murder of the Guardians of the Globe, he attempted to find the killer, but soon discovered it to be Omni-Man.
